Enrollment to an Atelier Canova workshop or course, may be done by either downloading the PDF and mailing it to the studio address, or by completing the following online enrollment form and emailing it to us. Enrollment is based on a first come, first served basis, so please don’t delay!

I am happy to offer a 10% discount on the price of a second course if you choose to enroll in two workshops in the one month.


Once you have registered and paid your deposit, you will receive an email with your registration confirmation and any additional information concerning your workshop, and where necessary, a detailed materials list.

All tuition costs are quoted in Euros, not US Dollars. To reserve a place in a workshop, we require a 30% deposit by three weeks before commencement of the class unless otherwise stated in the course description.

Andrea J. Smith will make every effort to hold the workshops at the scheduled times and locations. If Andrea J. Smith is forced to cancel or alter workshops as scheduled, we will notify registered participants of these changes as soon as possible. This change or cancellation can be the result of illness, insufficient participant registration, unforeseen unavailability of planned location(s), or other reasons beyond our control. If a cancellation by us should prove necessary, Andrea J. Smith will refund all participants’ advance payments, including deposits, to you in full. Andrea J. Smith and her co-workers are not responsible for any other costs which participants may have incurred, including but not limited to travel, car rental, lodging, insurance, accident or injury.


Atelier Canova is awaiting an online transaction capability. Until then you may choose to pay by credit card or a wire transfer (but please allow for the additional bank fee of twenty euros). You can contact us for deposit payments, or we will follow up your enrollment submission with you.


Full Refund Policy

If a participant wishes to cancel, he or she must send written notification to Andrea J. Smith no less than 30 days prior to a weekend workshop and no less than 50 days prior to an “intensive” full time workshop. Confirmation of your cancellation will be sent by email. At the time we receive your notification, a refund check will be mailed to you, or you may receive credit towards another course.

Partial Refund Policy

If you are unable or no longer wish to participate in an “intensive” (ie. a full time – Monday to Friday) workshop, the following refund schedule will be implemented:

  • 30 days prior to the workshop 50% of the fee.
  • 20 days prior to the workshop 25% of the fee.
  • Less than 20 days prior to the workshop no refund of the fee.
  • No partial refunds are made for unused portions of services for any reason whatsoever.
